All international students,
根据留金来管﹝2024﹞11号文件《关于做好2024年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作的通知》结合我校国际学生管理相关规定，将对我校全体国际学生（包括中国政府奖学金生、校长奖学金生、自费生等）从道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现等方面进行定量打分和定性评价，按时参加并通过年度评审的学生，才能继续进行下一学年的学习，现将本年度我校国际学生年度评审工作有关事项通知如下：
According to the relevant regulations of China Scholarship Council (CSC) and China University of Geosciences (CUG), the Academic Year 2024 international students’ annual review is about to start. All the CUG international students (including CSC scholarship students, Presidential scholarship students, self-supported students, etc.) must participate in this annual review and will be reviewed from ideological moral behaviour, educational performance, learning (scientific research) attitude and activity performance, and only those who pass the annual review will have the qualification to continue their study in the next academic year. Related items on the annual review are as follows:
一、评审对象Review Object
1、按计划2024年9月后拟继续在我校学习的国际学生；
2、无法按原计划2024年7月毕业，拟申请延期且符合延期要求的国际学生；
3、2023年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格或减免部分奖学金的中国政府奖学金国际学生。
(1) International students who will continue their study in CUG as scheduled since September 2024;
(2) International Students who should graduate in July 2024 as planned, but will plan to apply for study extension and meet the extension requirements;
(3) The CSC scholarship students who is terminated 2023 CSC scholarship or who failed to pass the last annual review of 2023.
二、评审内容Review Content
1、评审内容。由道德品行（30分）、学习成绩（30分）及学习/科研态度（20分）和活动表现（20分）四个部分组成，考评总分为100分。
2、评审意见分为合格和不合格两种。评审总分为60分及以上者视为合格，对于不合格的中国政府奖学金学生，国家留学基金委将中止其奖学金或取消其奖学金；对于不合格的非中国政府奖学金生，学校将取消其学习资格。
(1) This annual review work will be conducted based on the Ideological Moral Behaviour (30 points ), Educational Performance and Learning (Scientific Research) Attitude (50 points) and Activity Performance (20 points), with the total points of 100.
(2) The evaluation opinions are divided into two types: qualified and unqualified. Those with a total score of 60 or above will be regarded as qualified. For those students who are not qualified for Chinese government scholarships, the State Scholarship Council will suspend or cancel their scholarships. For unqualified non-Chinese government scholarship students, the school will cancel their study qualification.
三、评审流程及时间安排Review Procedure and Schedule
1、学生自评：中国政府奖学金生，于2024年4月26日17：00时（北京时间）之前，通过CSC号登录信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn,进入“奖学金年度自评”，首先填写“中国政府奖学金评估问卷”，完成自评信息和上传附加材料后，点击提交。
Student Self-Evaluation: Chinese government scholarship students, before 17: 00 (Beijing time) on April 26th, 2024, log in the information system studyinchina.csc.edu.cn through CSC number and enter the "annual self-evaluation of scholarship". First, fill in the "Chinese government scholarship evaluation questionnaire", complete the self-evaluation information and upload additional materials, and then click submit.
2、导师、辅导员打分： Grading by Supervisors and Tutors
（1）各培养单位导师打分，导师邮箱收到包含登录链接、临时用户名及密码的邮件后，须登录CSC信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn，登录后修改正式密码，进入“奖学金学生考评”页面，结合学生过去一年各方面的表现进行定量打分和定性评价并填写考评人意见，后点击“提交”。此项工作请于2024年5月10日17:00前完成。
Firstly, the supervisors of student’s supervisor will score. After receiving the email containing the login link, temporary user name and password, the supervisor should log in to CSC Information System studyinchina.csc.edu.cn, modify the official password after logging in, enter the page of Scholarship Student Evaluation, make quantitative score and qualitative evaluation based on the students' performance in the past year, fill in the comments of the appraisers, and then click "Submit". Please finish this work before 17:00 on May 10th, 2024.
辅导员打分：辅导员收到包含登录链接、临时用户名及密码的邮件后，须登录CSC信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn，登录后修改正式密码，进入“奖学金学生考评”页面，结合学生过去一年各方面的表现进行定量打分和定性评价并填写考评人意见，后点击“提交”。此项工作请于2024年5月10日17:00前完成。
Secondly, tutor's scoring: After receiving the email containing the login link, temporary user name and password, tutor must log in to CSC Information System studyinchina.csc.edu.cn, modify the official password after logging in, enter the "Scholarship Student Evaluation" page, make quantitative scoring and qualitative evaluation based on the students' performance in the past year, fill in the appraiser's comments, and then click "Submit". Please finish this work before 17:00 on May 10th, 2024.
四、年度评审系统操作指南Annual Review System Operation Guide
登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”，网址为https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/，选择页面语言。
STEP 1：Log in to the website, https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/, and choose your preferred language.
在右侧登录框中，选择“CSC登记号登录”，输入本人CSC登记号和密码，输入验证码，点击“登录”按钮。
STEP 2：Enter your CSC registration number, password, and verification code, and click the "Login" button.
选择“奖学金年度自评”
STEP 3：Select “Annual Review of Scholarship”
进入自评页面，根据要求填写相关内容，上传附件信息。（请注意，自评前请先完成“中国政府奖学金院校评估问卷”。）
STEP 4：Enter the self-assessment page, fill in the required information, and upload the relevant documents. (Please kindly complete the "Chinese Government Scholarship Institution Evaluation Questionnaire" before the review.)
填写完成并上传附件后，勾选承诺条款，点击提交。
STEP 5：Check the terms of commitment, and click on the submit button after filling and uploading your documents.
五、其他 Reminder
1、非中国政府奖学金生无需网上填写，纸质材料于2024年5月15日17：00时（北京时间）前交213办公室戴欣然（JOYCE）老师。( Appendix )
Non-Chinese Government Scholarship Students do not need to submit online application. Paper materials should be submitted to JOYCE (office 213) before 17:00 on May 15th, 2024. (Appendix)
CSC信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn密码遗失、需要修改（找回）密码的同学请联系自己的辅导员，各位辅导员收集后统一在工作时间（9:00-16:00）内联系罗金刚（King Luo）老师修改密码。
If international student will have a problem with enter to CSC website studyinchina.csc.edu.cn or forgot password and you need to modify password, please contact with your tutor and tutor will contact with King Luo during working hours （9:00-16:00）and teacher will modify password.
未在规定时间内参加年度评审的国际学生，将被取消在我校的学习资格，奖学金生的奖学金资格将同时被终止。
International students who fails to participate in the annual review within the stipulated time will be disqualified from studying at CUG, and the scholarship qualification will be terminated at the same time.
参评的国际学生须保证所提交评审材料的真实性，弄虚作假者，将被取消在我校的学习资格，奖学金生的奖学金资格将同时被终止。
International students must ensure the authenticity of the materials submitted.Those who provide fictitious materials will be disqualified from studying at CUG, and the scholarship qualification will be terminated at the same time.
