Course Attendance Form 听课单

请同学们下载使用新版听课单。课程结束前，听课单由本人保管，每次课需要任课教师签名，考试后将听课单交给任课教师。

Please download and use the new course attendance form. Before the end of the course, course attendance forms are supposed be to kept by yourself and signed by the teacher for every attended class. It must be handed to the teacher after the examination.
