2020年寒假德国国际商务管理、汽车企业参观、文化体验短期访学项目通知（资助项目）
我校将美国阿尔弗莱德大学和海登兰姆巴登符滕堡州合作州立大学三校联合开展短期项目，现遴选学生于2020年1月前往德国开展短期访学活动，具体要求如下：
一、项目时间：2020年1月10日-1月19日（参加本项目同学务必保证项目期间无课、无考试）
二、 项目内容：国际商务管理、汽车企业参观（包含宝马、保时捷、奔驰等世界著名汽车工厂和博物馆参观）、文化体验
三、项目费用：免学费，其他费用1300欧元左右（包含住宿费、早餐费、当地交通费）；中晚餐需另外支付；国际旅费、护照、签证等费用另计。
四、项目名额：5名本科生。
五、本项目为学校资助项目，学校资助5000元，学生所在学院资助额度由学院商定。参加本项目的同学，回校后提交短期访学报告并在所在学院进行汇报展示，可向国际教育学院提出申请，获得“海外实践学分”2个学分，成绩为80分。
六、遴选条件、选拔原则和程序
（一）遴选条件
1．热爱祖国，遵纪守法，道德品行端正，有较强的社会责任感和集体荣誉感；
2． 学习刻苦，较好地掌握所学专业的基础理论、专业知识和基本技能，学习成绩良好；
3．英语听说读写能力较强，无沟通障碍，具备在海外自主学习和生活的能力；
4．身体健康，综合素质高，符合所去国家或地区的要求；
5．具有一定的家庭经济能力；
6．无违反国家法律法规及校纪校规的记录，无拖欠学费的记录，无不良嗜好；
7. 未获得过同类基金资助。
（二）选拔原则
遴选过程应坚持“公平、公正、公开”的原则，各阶段的遴选结果需公示。
（三）程序
1．学生于10月28日之前将《中国地质大学短期访学申请表》（可在在德国短期访学QQ群共享中下载）电子版发送至studyabroad_short@126.com进行报名；
2．教务处、学工处、国际教育学院择期组织学生选拔，确定学生名单；
七、护照、签证要求
1． 请有意向的学生尽快办理好护照；
2．签证与机票办理事宜，另行通知。

Day 1 >> Fri. January 10:
• Flight to Stuttgart, Germany (not included in the package price)
Day 2 >> Sat. January 11: (Stuttgart - Kirchheim - Heidenheim)
• Arrival at Stuttgart Airport
• Your CEPA coordinator will accompany you during the entire day
• Transportation by private bus during the day
• Free time for sightseeing and lunch at your own expense in the city center of Stuttgart
• Audio-guided tour of the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart in the afternoon
• Welcome dinner at a brewery in Kirchheim in the late afternoon
• 6 nights in twin rooms with private bathrooms incl. breakfast at
Andrea’s Hotel Garni in Heidenheim
• Orientation session provided by your CEPA coordinator at the hotel
Day 3 >> Sun. January 12: (Heidenheim - Rothenburg ob der Tauber)
• Breakfast at the hotel
• Your CEPA coordinator will accompany you during the entire day
• Guided walking tour of Heidenheim to get a first impression of the town (approx. 1 hour)
• Transportation by private bus in the afternoon
• Guided walking tour of Rothenburg ob der Tauber in the early afternoon to learn
about the history of this medieval German town
• Admission to the Medieval criminal museum in the late afternoon
Day 4 >> Mon. January 13: (Heidenheim)
• Breakfast at the hotel
• 9:00 am – 12:00 pm class time at the DHBW Heidenheim by Alfred or DHBW professor
• 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm class time at the DHBW Heidenheim by Alfred or DHBW professor
• Afterwards free time to visit the Castle Hellenstein in Heidenheim
Day 5 >> Tues. January 14: (Heidenheim)
• Breakfast at the hotel
• 9:00 am – 12:00 pm class time at the DHBW Heidenheim by Alfred or DHBW professor
• 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm class time at the DHBW Heidenheim by Alfred or DHBW professor
Day 6 >> Wed. January 15: (Heidenheim)
• Breakfast at the hotel
• 9:00 am – 12:00 pm class time at the DHBW Heidenheim by Alfred or DHBW professor
• 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm class time at the DHBW Heidenheim by Alfred or DHBW professor
• Afterwards free time in Heidenheim to visit the Art Museum at your own expense, where
art pieces by Picasso are displayed
Day 7 >> Thurs. January 16: (Stuttgart) • Breakfast at the hotel
• Transportation by private bus during the day
• Company visit in Stuttgart e.g. to the Mercedes-Benz production plant in the morning
• Audio-guided tour of the Mercedes Benz Museum in Stuttgart in the afternoon
Day 8 >> Fri. January 17: (Heidenheim - Augsburg or Ingolstadt - Munich)
• Breakfast at the hotel
• Transportation by private bus to Munich
• Stop for a company visit on the way to Munich e.g. to the KUKA Roboter plant in Augsburg or
to Audi AG in Ingolstadt
• 2 nights in twin rooms with private bathrooms incl. breakfast at IBIS München City in Munich
• Company visit e.g. to the MAN Munich or the BMW production plant in the afternoon
• Table reservation at the Main Hall of the restaurant Augustiner Bräu (to be confirmed; dinner at
your own expense)
Day 9 >> Sat. January 18: (Munich) • Breakfast at the hotel
• Public transportation pass for the day in Munich
• Admission to the BMW World in the morning
• The afternoon is free to explore e.g. the BMW museum at your own leisure. Afterwards you
could visit the “Deutsche Museum” in Munich, which is the world’s largest museum of
technology and science
• Farewell dinner at a Bavarian restaurant in the evening (e.g. at the restaurant Ratskeller)
Day 10 >> Sun. January 19: (Munich) • Breakfast at the hotel
• Transportation by private bus to the airport in Munich
• Departure from Munich Airport to the USA (airfare not included)
