春季预防流感小常识

春季是感冒的高发期,天气忽冷忽热让人防不胜防,身体免疫力差的人就很容易患上感冒,那么春季感冒有哪些特点呢?预防春季感冒要注意哪些呢?

流感大家都知道,它是流行性感冒的简称。别以为流行性感冒只是一般的感冒,其实,流感与普通感冒相比,症状较为严重。其症状主要表现为突然畏寒、发热、头痛、全身酸痛、鼻塞、流涕、干咳、胸痛、恶心、食欲不振,婴幼儿或老年人可能并发肺炎或心力衰竭。中毒型流感病人则表现为高热、说胡话、昏迷、抽搐,有时可以导致人死亡。

流感的治疗

遇到流感初起,症状轻微的病人,可以用生姜、红糖、葱白熬水服用,对预防流感和治疗有一定的作用。而较重的病人应及时送医院治疗。根据病人情况,给予解热镇痛和抗病毒等对症治疗。高烧病人注意补液,防止脱水。对某些患有慢性呼吸道疾病的病人,患上流感后,除给予抗病毒治疗外,还应预防性的给予抗菌治疗。严重并发症的根据情况进行综合性治疗。

1、白萝卜、葱白、生姜、红糖适量,煎汤趁热服下,连服三天。
