清明节放假时间为：2018年4月5日到2018年4月7日。4月6日（星期五）的课调至4月8日（星期日）。
现将假期期间安全注意事项通知如下：
一、离校前，请同学们于4月4日17:00前到209办公室登记清明节假期间的去向，以便于学校为同学们提供相应的帮助和支持。
二、假期留校的同学，一定要提前做好公寓房间充电准备，同时注意学校关于教室、图书馆、餐厅、水电中心和超市等服务设施开放时间的通知，合理安排自己的学习和生活，注意假期间的用电用水和消防安全以及人身财产安全。
三、假期外出旅游的同学，请务必关好门窗和水电，同时携带个人紧急信息联系卡片，以便突发事件发生后有关机构能第一时间联系到学校或其紧急联系人。
四、4月5日至4月7日期间，国际学生办公室停止服务。如有紧急情况，请联系国际教育学院值班室。
五、4月5日及6日将出现明显降温，温度将下降至12摄氏度左右，请同学们注意及时添衣保暖以防感冒。

Tomb-sweeping Holiday Notice
April 1, 2018
Tomb-sweeping Holiday:April 5th ~April 7th.
The classes of April 6th(Friday) will be held on April 8th(Sunday).
Relevant safety matters of Tomb-sweeping Holiday are notified as follows:
1.All students are required to make registration in the office 209 before April 4th. You should register with your personal travelling arrangements so that the university is able to provide necessary help and support.
2.Students who will stay on campus, please be prepared for charging electricity for your rooms in advance and pay attention to the updated notices regarding opening time of the classroom, library, dining hall, electricity center and shopping centers, etc to arrange your study and holiday properly.
3.Students who plan to take a tour outside Wuhan during the vacation, please be sure to close your doors, windows, and leave your water and electricity turned off. Meanwhile, please be sure to carry your emergency contact information card with you, in case of any unexpected emergency. The relevant authorities will be able to reach the university when any emergency happens.
4.The International Students’ Affairs Office will be closed from April 5 to April 7. Please contact the College working-staff on duty for the emergency situation .The on duty working stuff information is presented at the reception.
5.During April 5th and 6th， the temperature in Wuhan will have a rapid drop. the lowest temperature of the day will reach 12 degree centigrade. So please put on enough clothes to prevent catching flu or other illness.
