关于新型肺炎期间加强丹桂苑安全管理的通知
Notice about Reinforcing the Safety Management in Dangui Plaza During New Pneumonia Epidemic
全体国际学生：
Dear all international students,
自新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情发生以来，全国各地感染人数不断增加，疫情防控工作进一步加强。为配合我校疫情防控工作顺利开展，保障在校国际学生及老师身体健康，我院将进一步加强丹桂苑留学生公寓的安全管理，并出台相关措施如下：
Since the outbreak of the 2019-nConV pneumonia epidemic, the number of people infected keeps increasing nationwide. The prevention and disease control against the epidemic have been intensified. To make sure the works on prevention and disease control can be carried out smoothly and to guarantee the health security of all international students and teachers on campus, IEC is going to reinforce the safety management in Dangui Plaza and take the following measures:
1. 即日起，丹桂苑留学生公寓须凭校园卡进出，疫情期间拒不接待外来访客；
From now on, students must show their student ID cards when passing the entrance guard. Visitors from outside are not accepted.
2. 在丹桂苑内居住的国际学生应尽量避免出校园，减少传染病感染和蔓延的隐患；
International students who live in the Dangui Plaza shall avoid going outside so as to minimize the latent peril of disease infection and spread.
3. 疫情期间，禁止在丹桂苑内举行2人及以上的聚会，同学们尽量单独活动；
During the epidemic, it is not allowed to have any gathering of more than two people. Students are advised to stay in their rooms.
4. 做好寝室内的日常消毒及卫生工作，保持室内空气流通。
It is supposed to have a daily sterilization with other hygiene works and to keep the air flow in your room.
请同学们尽量选择在各自房间内学习、休息，做好自身健康防护。谢谢大家的理解与支持！
