关于开展2021/2022学年国际学生年度评审
全体国际学生：
根据留金来管【2021】19号文件《关于做好2021/2022学年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作的通知》和我校国际学生相关规定，主要对我校全体国际学生（包括中国政府奖学金生、校长奖学金生、自费生等）从道德品行、学习情况、活动表现等方面进行定量打分和定性评价，按时参加并通过年度评审的学生，才能继续进行下一学年的学习，现将本年度我校国际学生年度评审工作有关事项通知如下：
一、评审对象
1、按计划2021年9月起继续在我校学习的国际学生；
2、无法按原计划2021年7月毕业，拟申请延期且符合延期要求的国际学生；
3、2020年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格或减免部分奖学金的中国政府奖学金国际学生。
二、评审内容
1、评审内容。由道德品行（30分）、学习情况（50）、和活动表现（20分）三个部分组成，考评总分为100分。
2、评审意见分为合格和不合格两种。评审总分为60分及以上者视为合格，对于不合格的中国政府奖学金学生，国家留学基金委将中止其奖学金或取消其奖学金；对于不合格的非中国政府奖学金生，学校将取消其学习资格。
三、材料提交
1、预科生和汉语生。参评的预科生和汉语生需提交如下评审材料：
（1）提交国家留学基金管理委员会要求的《中国政府奖学金年度评审（学生自评）表》;
（3）历年成绩单；
（4）2020年5月至2021年5月期间获得的所有获奖证书及其他相关文字等电子版证明材料。
2、本科生和研究生。参评的本科生和研究生需提交如下评审材料：
（1）奖学金生提交国家留学基金管理委员会要求的《中国政府奖学金年度评审（学生自评）表》；非奖学金生本科生提交中国地质大学（武汉）要求的《中国地质大学（武汉）本科生年度评审自评表》、研究生提交《中国地质大学（武汉）研究生年度评审自评表》；
（2）历年成绩单；
（4）2020年5月至2021年5月期间获得的所有获奖证书及其他相关文字等电子版证明材料。
四、评审流程及时间安排
1、国际教育学院成立评审领导工作小组，设立评审委员会。
2、5月6日~5月15日，预科生和汉语生将上述评审材料交给班主任老师；本科生和研究生将上述评审材料交给各学院兼职辅导员；
3、5月16日~20日，班主任和兼职辅导员汇总学生评审材料；
4、5月21日~25日，学院评审委员会审核材料、讨论并公示评审结果。
5、中国政府奖学金生本次年度评审最终结果由国家留学基金委统一批复。
五、其他
1、本次年度评审材料均为电子版，无需提交纸质材料；
2、未在规定时间内参加年度评审的国际学生，将被取消在我校的学习资格，奖学金生的奖学金资格将同时被终止。
3、参评的国际学生须保证所提交评审材料的真实性，弄虚作假者，将被取消在我校的学习资格，奖学金生的奖学金资格将同时被终止。

Notice on Academic Year 2021 / 2022 International Students’ Annual Review of China University of Geosciences
To all international students:
According to the relevant regulations of China Scholarship Council (CSC) and China University of Geosciences (CUG), the Academic Year 2021/2022 international students’ annual review is about to start. All the CUG international students (including CSC scholarship students, Presidential scholarship students, self-supported students, etc.) must participate in this annual review and will be reviewed from ideological moral behaviour, educational performance and activity performance, and only those who pass it will have the qualification to continue their study in the next academic year. Related items on the annual review are as follows:
1.Review Object
(1) International students who will continue their study in CUG as scheduled since September 2021;
(2) International Students who should graduate in July 2021 as planned, but will plan to apply for study extension and meet the extension requirements;
(3) The CSC scholarship students who disciplined termination of scholarship qualification because they failed to pass the last annual review of 2019.
2. Review Content
This annual review work will be conducted based on the Ideological Moral Behaviour (30 points ), Educational Performance (50 points) and Activity Performance (20 points), with the total points of 100.
3. Material Submission
(1) Preparatory students and elementary language students. The following are the required documents to be submitted for the annual review of CUG preparatory students and elementary language students:
①Submit the “Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status
（Student Self-Assessment)”( CUG Preparatory Students);
②Transcript;
④Related certificates or other relevant supporting materials awarded with the period from May 2020 to May 2021.
(2)Undergraduate and postgraduates. The following are the required documents to be submitted for the annual review of CUG undergraduate and postgraduate participants:
① Chinese government scholarship students should submit the Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status (Student Self-Assessment)”(CUG Undergraduate Students) or (CUG Postgraduate Students); non-scholarship students should submit Form for Annual Review of CUG Non-Scholarship Status (Student Self-Assessment)”(CUG Undergraduate Students) or (CUG Postgraduate Students);
②Transcript；
④Related certificates or other relevant supporting materials awarded with the period from May 2020 to May 2021.
4. Review procedure and schedule
(1) International Education College has established annual review leadership working team, and set review committee.
(2) Preparatory students and Elementary Language students shall submit the above required materials to the head teacher, and undergraduates and postgraduates shall submit the review materials mentioned above to their tutors from May 6 to May 15;
(3) The head teachers and tutors shall collect all review materials from May 16 to 20;
(4) The review committee will verify the materials, discuss and release the review result from May 21 to 25;
(5) The final results of this annual review for CSC scholarship students will be decided by China Scholarship Council.
5. Others
(1) Only electronic word or excel version of annual review materials are accepted, no hard copy will be needed.
(2) International students who fails to participate in the annual review within the stipulated time will be disqualified from studying at CUG, and the scholarship qualification for scholarship qualification will be terminated at the same time.
(3) International students must ensure the authenticity of the materials submitted, those who provide fictitious materials will be disqualified from studying at CUG, and the scholarship qualification for scholarship qualification will be terminated at the same time.
