各培养单位、各位导师及全体国际学生：
根据留金来管﹝2023﹞16号文件《关于做好2023年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作的通知》结合我校国际学生管理相关规定，将对我校全体国际学生（包括中国政府奖学金生、校长奖学金生、自费生等）从道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现等方面进行定量打分和定性评价，按时参加并通过年度评审的学生，才能继续进行下一学年的学习，现将本年度我校国际学生年度评审工作有关事项通知如下：
一、评审对象
1、按计划2023年9月后拟继续在我校学习的国际学生；
2、无法按原计划2023年7月毕业，拟申请延期且符合延期要求的国际学生；
3、2022年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格或减免部分奖学金的中国政府奖学金国际学生。
二、评审内容
1、评审内容。由道德品行（30分）、学习成绩（30分）及学习/科研态度（20分）和活动表现（20分）四个部分组成，考评总分为100分。
2、评审意见分为合格和不合格两种。评审总分为60分及以上者视为合格，对于不合格的中国政府奖学金学生，国家留学基金委将中止其奖学金或取消其奖学金；对于不合格的非中国政府奖学金生，学校将取消其学习资格。
三、评审说明
1、我校对国际学生年度评审工作高度重视，根据学生学习类别、培养方式、培养目标不同，分别出台了四类评审办法，即预科生、本科生、汉语生、研究生年度评审办法，详见各类评审办法和评分细则。
2、中国政府奖学金生需登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”网站详细填写相关评审内容、上传成绩单及相关证明材料并“提交”，详见“附件一”。
3、非中国政府奖学金生需按照评审办法和评分细则撰写评审报告，提交成绩单及相关证明材料，交213办公室戴欣然（Joyce）老师。
4、学生成绩单自行打印后交辅导员，辅导员核对成绩后在209办公室盖章。
四、评审流程及时间安排
1、学生自评：中国政府奖学金生，于2023年5月8日17：00时（北京时间）之前，通过CSC号登录信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn,进入“奖学金年度自评”，首先填写“中国政府奖学金评估问卷”，完成自评信息和上传附加材料后，点击提交。
2、导师、辅导员打分：
（1）各培养单位导师打分，导师邮箱收到包含登录链接、临时用户名及密码的邮件后，须登录CSC信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn，登录后修改正式密码，进入“奖学金学生考评”页面，结合学生过去一年各方面的表现进行定量打分和定性评价并填写考评人意见，后点击“提交”。此项工作请于2023年5月13日17:00前完成。
（2）辅导员打分：辅导员收到包含登录链接、临时用户名及密码的邮件后，须登录CSC信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn，登录后修改正式密码，进入“奖学金学生考评”页面，结合学生过去一年各方面的表现进行定量打分和定性评价并填写考评人意见，后点击“提交”。此项工作请于2023年5月13日17:00前完成。
3、学校意见：国际教育学院在学生自评及导师、辅导员打分工作完成后，进入CSC信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn为每名学生确认合格与否的“评审意见”，完成所有学生评审后，点击“提交”，并上传年度评审报告。
4、国际教育学院成立评审领导工作小组，设立评审委员会。
5、中国政府奖学金生本次年度评审最终结果由国家留学基金委统一批复。
五、其他
1、非中国政府奖学金生无需网上填写，纸质材料于2023年5月15日17：00时（北京时间）前交213办公室戴欣然（JOYCE）老师。
2、CSC信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn密码遗失、需要修改（找回）密码的同学请联系自己的辅导员，统一由各位辅导员在工作时间内联系罗金刚（King Luo）老师修改密码。
3、未在规定时间内参加年度评审的国际学生，将被取消在我校的学习资格，奖学金生的奖学金资格将同时被终止。
4、参评的国际学生须保证所提交评审材料的真实性，弄虚作假者，将被取消在我校的学习资格，奖学金生的奖学金资格将同时被终止。

Notice on Academic Year 2023 International Students’ Annual Review of China University of Geosciences
Teaching departments, supervisors and all international students:
According to the relevant regulations of China Scholarship Council (CSC) and China University of Geosciences (CUG), the Academic Year 2023/2024 international students’ annual review is about to start. All the CUG international students (including CSC scholarship students, Presidential scholarship students, self-supported students, etc.) must participate in this annual review and will be reviewed from ideological moral behaviour, educational performance, learning / scientific research attitude and activity performance, and only those who pass the annual review will have the qualification to continue their study in the next academic year. Related items on the annual review are as follows:
1.Review Object
(1) International students who will continue their study in CUG as scheduled since September 2023;
(2) International Students who should graduate in July 2023 as planned, but will plan to apply for study extension and meet the extension requirements;
(3) The CSC scholarship students who is terminated 2021 CSC scholarship who failed to pass the last annual review of 2022.
2. Review Content
(1) This annual review work will be conducted based on the Ideological Moral Behaviour (30 points ), Academic Record (30 points) and Learning / Scientific Research Attitude (20 points) and Activity Performance (20 points), with the total points of 100.
(2) The evaluation opinions are divided into two types: qualified and unqualified. Those with a total score of 60 or above will be regarded as qualified. For those students who are not qualified for Chinese government scholarships, the State Scholarship Council will suspend or cancel their scholarships. For unqualified non-Chinese government scholarship students, the school will cancel their study qualification.
3. Review Notes
(1) Our school attaches great importance to the annual assessment of international students. According to the different learning categories, training methods and training objectives of students, four types of assessment methods have been introduced, namely, the annual assessment methods for preparatory students, undergraduates, Chinese language students and graduate students. See various assessment methods and grading rules for details.
(2) Chinese government scholarship students are required to log in to the website of "Chinese government scholarship management information system", fill in the relevant evaluation contents in detail, upload transcripts ,relevant supporting materials and then submit. See Appendix 1 for details.
(3) Non-Chinese government scholarship students are required to write an evaluation report in accordance with the evaluation methods and grading rules, submit transcripts ,relevant supporting materials, and submit them to JOYCE, the teacher in Office 213.
(4) The transcripts of domestic students shall be printed by themselves and submitted to the tutors who will stamp in Office 209 after checking the results; The stamped electronic version will be sent to the overseas student's email (fax) by the tutor.
4. Review procedure and schedule
(1) Student Self-Evaluation: Chinese government scholarship students, before 17: 00 (Beijing time) on May 8th, 2023, log in the information system studyinchina.csc.edu.cn through CSC number and enter the "annual self-evaluation of scholarship". First, fill in the "Chinese government scholarship evaluation questionnaire", complete the self-evaluation information and upload additional materials, and then click submit.
(2) Grading by Supervisors and Tutors :
Firstly, the supervisors of student’s supervisor will score. After receiving the email containing the login link, temporary user name and password, the supervisor should log in to CSC Information System studyinchina.csc.edu.cn, modify the official password after logging in, enter the page of Scholarship Student Evaluation, make quantitative score and qualitative evaluation based on the students' performance in the past year, fill in the comments of the appraisers, and then click "Submit". Please finish this work before 17:00 on May 13th, 2023.
Secondly, tutor's scoring: After receiving the email containing the login link, temporary user name and password, tutor must log in to CSC Information System studyinchina.csc.edu.cn, modify the official password after logging in, enter the "Scholarship Student Evaluation" page, make quantitative scoring and qualitative evaluation based on the students' performance in the past year, fill in the appraiser's comments, and then click "Submit". Please finish this work before 17:00 on May 13th, 2023.
(3) University comments: After the students' self-evaluation and the grading of supervisors and tutors are completed, International Education College will enter CSC information system studyinchina.csc.edu.cn to confirm the "evaluation opinions" for each student. After all students' evaluations are completed, click "Submit" and upload the 2023 annual review report.
(4) The Institute of International Education set up a review leading working group and a review committee.
(5) The final result of this annual review of CSC students will be replied by the State Scholarship Council.
5. Others
(1) Non-scholarship students need not to submit online application.Paper materials should be submitted to JOYCE (office 213) before 17:00 on May 15th, 2023.
(2) If international student will have a problem with enter to CSC website studyinchina.csc.edu.cn or forgot password and you need to modify password, please contact with your tutor and tutor will contact with King Luo during working hours and teacher will modify password.
(3) International students who fails to participate in the annual review within the stipulated time will be disqualified from studying at CUG, and the scholarship qualification will be terminated at the same time.
(4) International students must ensure the authenticity of the materials submitted.Those who provide fictitious materials will be disqualified from studying at CUG, and the scholarship qualification will be terminated at the same time.
