说明Notice:（1）本表使用于申请推迟注册的国际学生新生填写；This form is for new international students who have to apply for delayed register.
（2）凡因故不能于注册当天到校的国际新生都需书面办理请假手续，该表填写签名后扫描，提交给国际教育学院，以便给相关学院和导师报备。Any new international students who are unable to register on the day of registration are required to apply for leave of absence in written form. After complete this form, please scan and submit it to the International Education Institute for submission to the relevant colleges and your mentors.
（3）请如实、详细填写“申请理由”，并在报到当天提供相关证明材料。Please truthfully fill in the "Application Reason" and provide the relevant supporting materials on the day of registration.
（4）中国地质大学 (武汉) 学籍管理规定，“请假期限为2周，未请假或请假逾期仍未报道者，除不可抗力引起的事由以外，视为放弃入学资格。” According to China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) school management regulations, "leaving period is up to 2 weeks. Students who did not apply for leave or leave overdue, except for causing by force majeure, will be regarded as abandon admission.
